This was great. Also found via Indezine link. Couldn’t wait to hear from the great Garr Reynolds and was happy to note Nancy Duarte was also on being that I couldn’t make it to PowerPointLive 2007. Very good discussion.

What a pleasure … Ric and Howard and Nancy are always entertaining, but this was the first time I had the privilege of hearing from Garr. Looking forward to more. Thanks to all of you.

I loved the podcast! I subscribed to your blog and look forward to future episodes.

One small thing. In the end you say that the content is released under a Creative Commons license. This by itself doesn’t tell the listener much, because CC licenses can be very different in nature. Instead you could specify which CC license you use, or leave it out.

    Thanks for the comment Georg.

I’m still working up the page documentation for the CC license. Future podcasts will reference the site for license specifics. Please be patient, it’s tough getting everything up and running at once… but very exciting.

Thanks Steve, great to hear from you. For those who don’t know, Steve runs PPT FAQ, one of the best resources for help with PowerPoint short of the MS Knowledge Base. (Or is that the other way around?) If you use PowerPoint, you’ll want to add to your favorites!

    Thanks Leslie.

Yes, we were so very lucky to catch Garr when he made his way over to the states last month.

And stay tuned, which of course means subscribe to the RSS feed, as Nancy will show up again in one episode of the next three podcasts. Hint: It’s a New Orleans Trilogy!

Thanks for leaving a comment Felicia. As long as the feedback is good I’ll keep putting out more shows. If you have any specific topics you’d like to hear comments on, or people we should enlist, please let me know!

Thanks Geetesh, and thanks for the note about Presentations Roundtable that you put up on Indezine!

For those who don’t know, Geetesh runs Indezine, a web site all about presentation designs and presentation news. I think he still has an old interview with me from a few years back, and we’re working on a new one now about this new blog and podcast. More news on that when available.

In the meantime, you can see all of Geetesh’s great work at
